As a business owner, I know how critcal your IT infrastructure is in today's environment and especially the importance of your data. When engaging with Aniar, that is always our first priority. No matter the disaster, give us a backup and we will get you back up and running. I have seen on many occasions, companies coming to us after a disaster has occurred as their supposed "IT guy" has not had the systems in place to make sure the company was protected. In several cases, the "IT guy" has tried to convince the client it was their fault, somebody else's fault, a new virus but never their fault. I can guarantee that we have never seen a data loss from any of our Managed Clients in over 14 years of business. A review of client backups is the first thing we do every morning in Aniar.

Most small companies could not afford to have someone in this position - Aniar can do this for you by giving you access to qulified and experienced engineers, using state of the art monitoring and maintenance systems and giving you guaranteed response times.
As we ony charge a fraction of having your own IT guy, we do have to be proactive dealing with issues early before they become major problems.If you don't see us onsite and/or don't have to call, that is us doing our job!
We are constantly developing our IT support product. We use industry leading products and our own in-house developed tools that I am 100% certain allow us to give the best IT support available.
At a glance, I can tell you whether your backups are successful, whether all your machines are up to date in terms of windows updates and a lot of common third party software, whether your security is up to date and working, any resource issues. This allows me to go to sleep at night knowing your business is safe!
I have worked in IT for a long time and know that the team of engineers here would compete with the country's best IT support guys. They are experienced, qualified, knowledgable, easy to deal with and per the company ethos will always go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy.
